Eating on Campus
CCU also offers a variety of meal plans for students living on or off campus. Sodexo Campus Services has partnered with Colorado Christian University to make sure that our students, faculty, staff, parents, and campus guests eat only the best. While students are their primary concern, Sodexo strives to serve quality products that are healthy, nutritious, and flavorful for all of their customers.
CCU Dining Commons
The CCU Dining Commons, more commonly referred to as the "Caf" by students, offers all-you-care-to-eat dining.
At the Caf, you have the freedom to choose whatever sounds best to you. The Main Event area will serve the entrée of the day, and you can also choose from several different service stations.
Build your own salad at the Evergreens salad bar. Enjoy made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches at the Black Diamond Deli. Enjoy fresh pasta and pizza at the Pikes Pizza and Pasta bar. Have exhibition dishes personally prepared for your taste at the Go West Grill. Finally, you can finish off your meal at the Sweet Spot for dessert.
Typical breakfast selections include made-to-order omelets and waffles, fresh fruit, hash browns, cereals, and other student favorites.
Additionally, the Caf plans special meals and events for holidays and campus events, giving students the opportunity to celebrate holidays like Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, and Cinco de Mayo together.

Cougar Den
The Cougar Den in the student center is CCU’s grab-and-go café. With made-to-order burritos, hot and cold sandwiches, a variety of snacks, and fresh grilled to order burgers. This is the place to grab a quick meal anytime during the day. Menu items also include freshly made wraps, salads, quesadillas, pizza, and weekly specials.
The Cougar Den is also CCU's on-campus Peet's Coffee & Tea®, serving students, faculty, and staff members traditional drinks from hot chocolate and apple cider, to more contemporary drinks like lattes, caramel macchiatos, and Italian cream sodas.

Food For Thought, the Grab-and-Go Cafe
In a hurry? In between classes? No problem.
Open for breakfast or lunch, the Grab-and-Go Cafe in Leprino Hall offers breakfast sandwiches and lunch flatbreads, and is the place to grab a quick meal anytime during the day. Menu items also include freshly made wraps, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of healthy drink and snack options.
