Options for On-Campus Dining Plans
CCU students have several options for eating on campus. Three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are served in the Dining Commons Monday through Thursday, and two meals (brunch and dinner) are served on Friday through Sunday. The Cougar Den and Grab-and-Go Cafe have varying hours throughout the week.
Certain meal plans are required for certain groups of students who live on-campus; requirements are indicated below. See the residency requirements for more information. Students should consult the College of Undergraduate Studies semester calendar for important dates regarding CCU dining options and meal plans.
Meal credits, which expire at the end of each semester, may be used for any meal in the CCU Dining Commons (Cafe). Each meal plan option (with an exception of the Meal Plan D declining balance) also includes a Meal Exchange option allowing students to use a meal credit for food in the Cougar Den (on-campus convenience store) and Food for Thought Cafe (Leprino Hall). There are some restrictions on what can be purchased for a meal credit (specific menu items only). Dining Dollars may be used to purchase extra meals or snacks for you or guests in the Cafe, the Cougar Den, or the Food for Thought Cafe.
Students have the option to purchase additional Dining Dollars as desired.
Because each CCU on-campus apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, many students like to take advantage of also cooking for themselves on occasion.
