A.A. in Communication Studies

The Associate of Arts in Communication Studies will provide you with a solid introduction to a wide-ranging field, equipping you with an understanding of communication theory and application. With an associate degree in Communications, you'll gain a proficiency in a variety of areas, ranging from resolving interpersonal conflicts to understanding the role of media in our society. Plus, you'll develop skills to create compelling messages for wherever your career takes you – business, journalism, politics, or nonprofit work.

At CCU, every communication skills training class will also integrate biblical principles into your learning, so you see how the Bible applies to the First Amendment or cross-cultural communication. The 60-hour associate degree in Communication Studies can be completed in less than two years, even without any prior coursework.
