Educational Leadership Master's Degree Curriculum
The Master of Education in Educational Leadership program is designed to provide professional development for current and aspiring educators — as well as school professionals who already have an established teaching role and are seeking additional leadership skills. This educational leadership degree equips graduates for successful performance as leaders within their district or school, or as teacher leaders.
The 36 credit-hour master's degree in Educational Leadership is designed for working professionals, and it can be completed entirely online in as little as four semesters. The program uses the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards and the Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC) Standards throughout the curriculum to address the core standards and dispositions necessary to promote best practices in the field.
