A.S. in Sales and Marketing
CCU's Associate of Science in Marketing and Sales is a two-year degree program that will provide you with an introduction to the fields of marketing and sales. Marketing begins by understanding consumer behavior and discovering customers’ needs, then developing marketing strategies and tactics to satisfy those needs.
The marketing courses at CCU will give you the knowledge and communication skills you need to succeed in a variety of sales and marketing-related entry-level positions, including career opportunities in sales representatives, sales managers, marketing associates, professional selling, retail management, and more.

What can you do with an associate degree in Marketing and Sales?
The Marketing and Sales associate degree will prepare you for entry-level careers in sales and marketing, such as direct marketing, business-to-business marketing, and digital marketing, including email and social media marketing. You'll understand the principles of marketing and develop critical-thinking skills that work both the left and right sides of your brain, improving your ability to think creatively and strategically.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that employment for advertising, promotions, and marketing managers will grow 10% from 2021-2031.
In addition, the associate degree program will provide the fundamentals and a solid foundation for further career advancement in areas like business communication and entrepreneurship if you continue to complete your bachelor's degree in a related field. All 60 credit hours of courses from the Marketing and Sales associate degree may be applied to the Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales at CCU.
