Strategic project management is an essential component in the success of any organization. At CCU, our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Project Management is designed to train you in all aspects of managing high-level projects, including strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and budget analysis.

Program Focus

Planning, scheduling and controlling projects; strategic project management leadership; and managing project risks

Curriculum in the bachelor's in Project Management degree is based on real-world business situations, which will give you practical, hands-on experience that is applicable in your current work situation.

In addition to equipping you with a marketable skill set, our project management training classes will also challenge you to consider how personal ethics and values can impact your work.

The dual degree option allows you to earn your B.S. in Organizational Management in Project Management while completing some of the coursework toward your MBA with an emphasis in Project Management, saving you time and money when you enroll in a graduate program. Three graduate-level courses are incorporated into the bachelor's in Organizational Management in Project Management, and upon acceptance into the master's program, students can apply those credits toward the MBA with an emphasis in Project Management.
