Partnership Verification

Types of Verification

We are glad you chose CCU Online and hope you take advantage of our strategic partnership discount programs, which can save you a ton depending on your affiliation. In order to activate the tuition discount, you must submit documentation verifying your affiliation with an existing partner.

Required verification of affiliation must be sent to your dedicated CCU Online enrollment counselor (if a new student) or student service advisor (if a current student). All forms of verification must contain the student's name and the name of the company or organization the University is partnered with.

Standard Verification Options

Partner Employees

One of the following:

  • Paystub
  • W2
  • Work badge or ID card

Members of Partner Organization

One of the following:

Spouse/Dependent

All of the following:

  • Proof of spouse/guardian affiliation as noted above; AND
  • Official tax documentation listing the student as a legal dependent or a marriage certificate for spouses

Unique Verification Options

The following partners offer a tuition discount to unique beneficiaries and, therefore, have specific verification requirements. If your organization requires the use of a CCU-issued "Standard Verification Form," you can access that form by clicking here.

American Heritage Girls

Member Parent/Legal Guardian
  • Official tax documentation from the prior year that lists the member as the legal dependent of the parent or legal guardian; AND
  • Proof of membership as noted under "Standard Verification"

Care Net

Volunteer or Client of Affiliated Care Net Center

Volunteers must have volunteered with an affiliate center for at least six months and for a minimum of 20 hours a month to qualify for the discount.

Colorado Military Academy

Parents of Colorado Military Academy Students
  • Enrollment Verification Form provided and signed by the Academy's Director of Enrollment.

Credit Union of Denver

Members
  • Credit Union of Denver banking statement; OR
  • Photo of your Member ID badge; OR
  • Screenshot of your member portal confirming active membership status; OR
  • CCU Verification Form signed by an official verifying staff member.

  • Enrollment Verification Letter provided and signed by ECA's Secondary Principal.

Group U

Group U Students
  • A copy of your Group U course completion.

Habitat for Humanity

Members
  • A copy of your membership badge or identification card, a screenshot from the membership website confirming active membership, or the CCU Verification Form.
Homeowners

Kingdom Builders Family Life Center

Adult Program Participants
  • Letter of Program Acceptance provided and signed by Kingdom Builders Family Life Center Program Director.

Liberty Tree Academy

Parents of Enrolled LTA Students
  • Official tax documentation from the prior year that lists the member as the legal dependent of the parent or legal guardian; AND
  • Enrollment Verification Form provided and signed by the Liberty Tree Academy Registrar.

Members
  • Please request verification of membership from your CCU Online Enrollment Counselor.
  • Spouses of MOPS members must verify membership and provide a copy of the marriage certificate or official tax documentation listing the spouse as a legal dependent.

Promise Keepers

Ambassador
  • CCU Verification Form signed by a Promise Keepers employee.
  • Must be an active ambassador with Promise Keepers.

TeachBeyond

Parents of TeachBeyond Students

  • Enrollment Verification Form provided and signed by the school administrator.
