CCU's College of Adult and Graduate Studies serves adults seeking associates, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Employees in the College of Adult and Graduate Studies directly contribute to our mission by attracting and retaining students whose lives are transformed by a CCU education as they impact their communities, families, and chosen career fields. Departments include academic schools with deans and faculty, curriculum development, faculty development, enrollments, marketing, and student success.
CCU's College of Undergraduate Studies serves traditional college students who have just graduated from high school or are transferring from another university. Students in this college are in a transformational phase of life; they experience a rich on-campus living and learning environment and our employees are deeply invested in this transformation. Employees serve in faculty and staff roles, but all employees are committed to investing the spiritual and academic growth of our students.
University Advancement advances relationships with constituents, such as donors, alumni, and parents, through the integration of marketing, communications, and events in development programs. Scholarships, endowments, and building fundraising provide revenue streams for the University that fuel the transformative education students receive at CCU.
The Business Affairs team works behind the scenes to keep the operational side of the University strong. This group functions together to steward resources well to facilitate the University's ongoing ability to fulfill its mission. Departments include accounting, communications, financial aid, registration services, human resources, and information technology.

The Centennial Institute is the University's conservative think tank, bringing together thought leaders and culture-influencers in support of traditional family values, sanctity of life, compassion for the poor, Biblical view of human nature, limited government, personal freedom, free markets, natural law, original intent of the Constitution, and Western civilization.
