CCU Launches New Athletics Website
The Colorado Christian University Athletics Department announced today the launch of its new Cougar Athletics website, www.CCUCougars.com. The new site provides a more engaging and interactive environment for fans to follow teams and get game results, along with easy access through their mobile devices. Outstanding athletes will be highlighted each week for both athletic and academic achievements.
CCU partnered with SIDEARM Sports to create the new website. SIDEARM (Sports Information Distribution Engine with Archives and Records Management) is a Web-based content management solution for college sports that includes press release and roster management, social media integration, dynamic scoreboards, sponsorship recognition, interactive polls, SIDEARM STATS (live in-game statistics), streaming audio and video, newsletters, and recruiting components.
Colorado Christian University is an NCAA Division-II member and a Division-I member of the National Christian College Athletic Association. The CCU athletics program is affiliated with the Rocky Mountain Athletics Conference (RMAC), which recently named the University a third-consecutive winner of its annual Sportsmanship Cup. CCU offers 12 intercollegiate team sports: men's baseball, men's basketball, men's cross country, men's golf, men's soccer, men's tennis, women's basketball, women's cross country, women's golf, women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball.
