Biography and Professional Achievements

Dr. Claudia Seth is a full-time faculty member at CCU and has worked in the mental health field since 2010. She previously worked as an adjunct professor at a different institution and taught undergraduate and graduate courses. Her teaching philosophy focuses on creating a holistic learning environment that encourages connection, community, application, and synthesis of the presented material. She specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, stress, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and postpartum depression. She is bilingual and is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and Colorado. Her research interests center around integrating religion and spirituality in counseling and online learning in higher education.

Dr. Seth has experience in the school counseling field and is a licensed school counselor in Colorado. She has worked as a school counselor at the elementary and high school levels. She is a current member of the American School Counselor Association, Colorado Counseling Association, and the Colorado School Counselor Association. She is committed to promoting bilingual counseling services through research, supervision, and practice.

She currently lives in Colorado with her husband and two children.
