Biography and Professional Achievements
Justin Peddicord is an Air Force Academy graduate and retired officer. During his military career, he worked as an engineer and lead analyst for Air Force training centers, joint test forces and a Department of Defense agency. After retiring from the military, Peddicord served as a senior engineer for Qwest Communications before joining aircraft manufacturer Aviation Technology Group as the industrial engineering manager. His areas of focus are workforce evaluation studies, statistics, data analysis and reporting.
In 2007, Peddicord began teaching at Metro State University and Regis University. He helped launch the CCU engineering department, becoming the first industrial and systems engineering professor. His time with CCU students, colleagues and staff has been the most rewarding of his career.
In addition to teaching, Peddicord has been active in youth ministry for more than 25 years, including serving as the executive director of a Denver-area high school ministry. He and his wife, Shannon, have two sons and enjoy camping, hiking, working out and spending time with their dogs. They feel their highest calling is to live humbly in the light of the Lord and share the grace and love of Jesus Christ.
