Biography and Professional Achievements

Stephanie Crowe comes to Colorado Christian University with over 30 years of experience in education, including 20 years teaching in the classroom and over 10 as an instructional coach and building leader in an elementary school. She began her career in a Christian school setting but spent most of her career in the Douglas County School District in Colorado. She began affiliate teaching for the College of Undergraduate Studies at CCU in 2021 before accepting a full-time position with the College of Adult and Graduate Studies as the Director of ECE/EDU Programs.

With connections in schools and with teachers, she is in the field seeking to understand the needs and demands of today’s teachers, striving to equip them with the tools and resources they need to face the challenges of education today. Additionally, building relationships among colleagues and between teachers and families is a passion of hers, keeping in mind that supporting communication needs is vital for student success.

Stephanie believes God has called her full circle to teach future Christian educators how they can be both a teacher and follower of Christ in education today. Her goal is to give back in ways where she can bring the joy, passion, and art of teaching to others while simultaneously building their faith.
