What inspired you to go back to school to complete your degree?
The fact that I would be able to attend a Christian University where I would not only learn about Psychology but also about God.
What do you plan to do with your degree?
Looking to be part of the veterans' mental health outreach.
How is CCU making it possible for you to achieve your goals and pursue your passion?
The online classes have really helped with my schedule.
What are the top 2-3 things that helped set you up for success as a student at CCU?
The knowledgeable and friendly staff, financial aid, and computer accessible courses.
There are many options when it comes to choosing a school. Why did you choose CCU?
Faith structure. They believe in the same principles that I do.
How does CCU help you integrate faith in your personal and professional life?
I have learned through my school to always put God in the center of everything. Being able to have this has made a difference in my learning and in my everyday life.
What challenges (if any) did you face during your time as a student at CCU?
The language barrier. Having to translate everything into Spanish, then back to English.
How has CCU made it possible for you to complete your degree?
They were able to present me with all options and guided me through the process, making it easy for me to accomplish my dreams.
How would you describe the value of the education you received/are receiving from CCU compared to your investment?
The level of education I am currently receiving has been nothing but the best money can buy. Every penny spent has been well worth it.

What prompted you to continue your education?
To better understand the little knowledge I had about mental health.
In what field of study are you pursuing your degree? Why did you select this field?
Bachelor's in psychology. To better understand the need for those who suffer from mental health.
