Order a CCU Transcript or Diploma
A CCU transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at Colorado Christian University and the University's certified statement of the student's academic record, including coursework, grades, and degrees earned. A replacement diploma may also be ordered for students who have lost their original diploma or for students who want an additional copy.
All official transcript and diploma orders are submitted through CCU's easy, online ordering system. Fax and e-mail orders are not accepted.
Students can choose the following shipping methods for transcript orders:
- Electronic PDF transcripts delivered within moments of when we receive your order (recommended, most orders are fulfilled within 15 minutes of the order being placed)
- Paper transcripts delivered via U.S. Postal Service
- Other shipping options for overnight and international delivery are available for an additional shipping fee
- View transcript costs on our transcript pricing page.
Electronic PDF Transcripts
Students and alumni can place transcript orders online through a secure website, and their official CCU transcripts will be delivered to any valid e-mail address via secure certified PDF.
E-transcript delivery is the fastest and most reliable way to send your transcript. E-transcripts are environmentally friendly and are the preferred method of documentation for many institutions.
E-Transcript Ordering and Delivery
E-transcript orders are submitted and paid through CCU's online ordering system. Students may use the document attachment option to upload cover sheets or application letters with their official CCU e-transcript.
Viewing E-transcripts
All electronic transcripts are available for download for 30 days once the order has been processed. It is the responsibility of the recipient to save the PDF file before the download period expires.
Adobe Reader is FREE and is required to view all e-transcripts. Full versions of Adobe Acrobat 6.04 and higher are acceptable for use as well. Get Adobe Reader.
Sending E-transcripts to Colleges and Universities
Students can have an e-transcript sent to their own e-mail address. However, most colleges and universities will only accept e-transcripts as official transcripts if the transcripts have been sent directly to them from the transferring institution. E-transcripts sent to external institutions directly from students are considered unofficial transcripts.
It is the student's responsibility to secure a viable e-mail address for the college or university. It is also the student's responsibility to verify that the recipient will accept the delivery of an electronic PDF transcript. Refunds will not be granted for orders sent to a personal address not accepted by another institution. A new order will need to be placed with the correct address.
Paper Transcripts
Delivered via U.S. Postal Service
Official CCU paper transcripts may be delivered by the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail.
Paper transcript orders are submitted and paid through CCU's online ordering system. It is the student's responsibility to secure a viable mailing address for the College or University. A second mailing of a transcript due to mishandling by the U.S. Postal Service, the mail carrier, or the receiving party will require a new request form and fee.
Please see our transcript pricing page for more information.
Current Students
When you order your transcript online, you can indicate that you wish to have your transcript held until your current semester grades have been posted or your degree has been conferred. The conferred date of degree is based upon the term in which the last graduation requirement is completed.
CCU Academy: Dual Credit and Online Dual Enrollment Students
Students who have completed a dual credit or online dual enrollment course can submit a transcript order online.
Students cannot view their CCU transcript details on our credential provider's website. To confirm that all grades have been posted from the most recent school year, students should complete the unofficial transcript steps found on the CCU Academy transcripts web page.
Former Students and Alumni
Former students and alumni can submit a CCU transcript order online.
*Please note: If you completed coursework at CCU or one of our legacy institutions prior to the fall 2006 semester, the processing time may take several days longer to complete.
All transcript orders for former students and alumni are placed through our online ordering system.
Unofficial Transcripts
Currently enrolled students can access their unofficial transcript in their Student Planning account in Self-Service. Unofficial transcripts are not available for former students or alumni. Former students who no longer have access to Self-Service will need to place an order for an official transcript.
Payment Options
Online payment options include credit and debit cards with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
Financial Holds
Transcripts will not be released to students who have an outstanding financial obligation to the University until all charges have been paid in full or the request meets state law requirements that prevent withholding a transcript for certain reasons. Transcript orders held for outstanding financial balances will be canceled after 15 days if payment in full is not received and if documentation has not been provided demonstrating the request is for an approved reason under state law that prevents the transcript from being held.
Current students can view their student account balance in Self-Service Student Finance.
