  •  Virtual Class Registration: March 31-April 9, 2025

Register for fall classes and meet with an Advisor online during Virtual Class Registration. In order to be eligible to register for classes and attend the in-person event, you must complete the following steps:

    1. Apply and be admitted to the University
    2. Pay your non-refundable $150 tuition deposit
    3. Complete and submit the Pre-Registration eform
      • The Pre-Registration eform is the first step in registering for classes. The Pre-Registration eform for Fall 2025 will be available starting March 1, 2025. Be sure to create or upgrade your CCU Login before accessing the Pre-Registration eform, and be prepared with your CCU account log-in credentials.
      • The Pre-Registration eform submission deadline to register for classes during Cougar Days is March 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. for students in our Preferred Admission Program and March 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. for all other students.

Important Steps to Complete for Class Registration

In order to sign up for our Virtual Class Registration, the following steps must be completed:

    1. Submit your Tuition and Housing Deposits. You must submit your housing deposit at least 24 hours before you can apply for on-campus housing. If you submit your housing deposit on Friday, please note that it may not post to our system until the following Monday.
    2. Create or upgrade your CCU Login. Be sure to remember your username and password after you complete this step. It will be required for you to register for classes during the event.
    3. Update your Emergency Contact Information. Visit our Update your Emergency Contact Information web page and log in with your Student ID number and password. If you experience any difficulty, contact the IT Help Desk at 303-963-3444.
    4. Moving forward, CCU will be using your @students.ccu.edu email address as your primary email. To forward your @students.ccu.edu email to your personal email, log on to email.ccu.edu and follow the forwarding instructions.

    Transferring Credit

If you are transferring in college credit (e.g.: AP/IB, CLEP/DSST, or Dual Credit), please be sure to have course numbers, course titles, test scores, or grades available, as you will need to provide that information in the Pre-Registration eform.

    Submitting Transcripts

It is beneficial to send official transcripts as early as possible for evaluation by CCU Registration Services. Courses in progress will not show completed grades and will require a second official transcript after final grades have been posted. If you are unable to submit official transcripts please provide unofficial transcripts to your enrollment counselor.

You can find a comprehensive list of enrollment steps on the Admitted Student Checklist.
If you have any questions, please contact your enrollment counselor
